FILTERING SYSTEMS

According to the preference, effective physical purity is proved for drinking-using waters with full automatic or manually controlled Sensitive Cartridge Filter, Sieve Filter, Disc Filter, Sand Filter, Silicon Separator and Active Carbon Filters. Disc filters are the new generation economic filters which do not require auxiliary filter components, operate with water pressure and clean themselves on their own. They are suitable for 10 m3-2000 m3 flow rate and they perform filtering at 20-400 micron.
DISINFECTION DEVICES
Disinfection with chlorine: Chlorine gas, granulated chlorine, tablet chlorine and liquid chlorine (hypochlorite) are used. System can be installed with full automatic control. Granulated chlorine and tablet chlorine implementing is highly recommended due to easy use, long waiting time in water and lower danger level. Operation circumstances are important for the success of disinfection in these systems.
Disinfection with ozone: Disinfection is performed through ozone produced by ozone generator. After completing disinfection, ozone dissolves and it does not leave any remnants in the water. It not only annihilates bacteria and viruses; but also is used as smell, color, nitrite-ammoniac, pesticide remover. It decreases the chemical use 50%. To use with chlorine is recommended.
Disinfection with ultraviolet: It provides micro-organism disinfection in water through 254 nm UV radiation. A good filtering should be done before the disinfection with UV.
Microfiltering: Physical and micro biologic hygiene is provided through distilling water from the filters that are open 0.1 micron. The devices, which do not change the mineral level of water, are of capacities between 0.5 m3/h and 1000 m3/h.
WATER SMOOTHING DEVICES
Tekno Water Smoothing Units are used for water smoothing with ion changing method.
